I have my own personal yoga warm-up, but sometimes it's as if I only do the poses I *like* instead of the poses I *need*. There is a line to walk between comfort and that edge we try to walk in a vinyasa practice. Think about taking some time this summer to push boundaries of your practice. Find a new class - or maybe return to one you didn't like at another point. Put some yoga in the middle of your daily workout. Maybe try some meditation (which can be super uncomfortable mentally) or read some yogic teachings. Push your edge, your envelop, your mind and body and see what comes into the space you've created.
